Methuen Aikido's Test Requirements
last revised 9/9/2009
•All practice day requirements are counted forward from the student's previous test.
•Many techniques have omote (front) and ura (rear) variations which you must know.
•The testing committee may wave any requirements, or add other requirements.
At Methuen Aikido we use colored belts in our children’s program, until the student graduates into the adult program. For adults, Methuen Aikido uses white belts for 7th kyu through 3rd kyu, brown belts for 2nd and 1st kyu, and black belts with hakamas for dan ranks.
